ABOUT
Antonina is the founder and creative force behind Harmony Home Wellness — and this space is the realization of a vision that has been alive in her for over twenty years. While she once held a successful career in corporate America as a marketing director, working with global firms like Microsoft and Deloitte, she was always exploring a deeper path. Even then, she was fascinated by the mind-body connection, physiology, neuroscience, and the innate intelligence of the human body. Alongside her business career, she nurtured creative passions like design and fashion, eventually launching a raw silk clothing collection in Bali and Seattle.
Her true shift began in 2016, when a friendship with a Vedic astrologer introduced her to Ayurveda. That journey took her to northern India, where a cancelled course at an ashram led her — by chance — to a small Ayurvedic clinic and school. There, she received hands-on, one-on-one guidance by two Ayurvedic doctors and her deeper education in Ayurveda began. Yoga entered her life gradually — first during her time living in rural Japan in her 20s, then more seriously in Seattle. She completed her first teacher training in South Africa, but her Ayurvedic background soon led her toward yoga therapy, which felt more aligned with true healing and long-term well-being.

Gradually, Antonina left the corporate world behind and dedicated herself fully to the study and practice of Ayurveda, as well as to training yoga teachers in the emerging field of yoga therapy — an area that has evolved dramatically over the last decade. Over a decade, she has trained more than 300 yoga teachers and therapists around the world, sharing a unique approach that blends Ayurvedic wisdom with mindful movement, safety, and deep personal transformation.
Eventually, Antonina moved away from the fast pace and trends of the Marbella area to a quieter, more rural setting surrounded by olive groves, where she could finally realize her dream of creating a small, private, and deeply personal wellness center. Harmony Home is the culmination of that journey — a space for beauty, depth, and transformation, rooted in years of study, experience, and a calling to share what she has learned. Education is at the heart of every program, especially the Ayurvedic Rejuvenation retreats, which reflect the depth of knowledge and materials Antonina developed during over a decade of yoga teaching. Today, she continues to bring together her love of learning, healing, and creating beautiful spaces to offer truly individual care and support to every guest.
Antonina now shares her life in this peaceful corner of southern Spain with her beloved partner, Alfonso, who has been an essential part of bringing Harmony Home Wellness to life. A former senior business manager, Alfonso brought not only his professional expertise but also his grounded presence and creative eye to the vision of the retreat center. His steady support was instrumental during its creation. Today, he dedicates himself to the land — tending the gardens, crafting beautiful pieces from olive wood, fishing, and contributing to the peaceful rhythm of retreat life. Above all, he continues to support Antonina as a devoted and loving partner, helping to hold the space that allows guests to feel cared for, welcomed, and at home.
