This retreat offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to work closely with our Ayurvedic therapist in a nurturing, serene environment. Through in-depth 1:1 consultations, we explore any health concerns you wish to address—physical or emotional. Using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, you'll discover your unique Ayurvedic genotype (Prakriti) and gain practical tools to live in alignment with what your unique body and mind need. Two weeks before your arrival, you'll receive an Ayurvedic health questionnaire so we can begin to understand your needs. From the moment you arrive, your experience is tailored: treatments, activities, food, and your recommended daily rhythm are all designed to support your healing and long-term well-being. At the end of your stay, you'll receive a personalized post-retreat guidance summary to help you continue supporting your physiological and mental balance, slowing down aging or disease progression—if relevant to your current state of health.

*Note: All of our retreats follow the same core daily schedule. Your massage will be scheduled either in the first or the second half of the day.
Ayurvedic and other well-being programs weave in a personalized focus on health: 1:1 consultations, pulse assessments, herbal medicines,
additional treatments, detoxification protocols, personalized guidance, and a plan to undo any imbalances and optimize health.

Q&A

The longer you stay, the deeper the benefits you'll receive. Many of our guests say they truly begin to unwind around the third day. Each retreat has a minimum stay requirement designed to support meaningful transformation and relaxation, based on years of experience. You can find the minimum stay listed in each retreat description.

Bring comfortable clothing suitable for yoga, nature walks, hiking, swimming, and lounging, depending on the season. A swimsuit is needed for the infrared sauna (November to April) and for our saltwater pool (May to October). Slip-on shoes or sandals are convenient, as our retreat center is spread across multiple buildings, and shoes are removed in spaces like the yoga studio.

We provide bathrobes, towels, yoga mats, shampoo, and shower gel, so there’s no need to bring those unless you prefer your own. Be sure to pack any personal items or medications you may need during your stay.

That’s absolutely fine. Our retreats are open to all levels. Antonina, our experienced yoga therapist and former yoga teacher trainer, tailors each class to meet guests exactly where they are—regardless of age, experience, or physical condition. Beginners often fall in love with yoga here, while experienced practitioners find a renewed sense of connection and depth.

You don’t need any prior knowledge. If you are participating in one of our Ayurvedic retreats, your program includes private consultations where everything is explained in a clear and practical way. You’ll learn how to use simple Ayurvedic principles to support your unique constitution and correct imbalances. If you're not part of an Ayurvedic retreat, Ayurvedic consultations can still be booked separately (subject to availability).

Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Early check-in before 3:00 pm is available for an additional fee of €50, which includes lunch and access to your room and the retreat facilities.

As we are a small, family-run center with a full daily schedule, we kindly ask that early check-in be arranged in advance. Welcoming guests outside of regular hours requires us to adjust our team’s time and energy, and we want to ensure every arrival is peaceful and personalized.

Evening yoga and dinner are included on your arrival day, so we recommend arriving in the afternoon to fully enjoy your first evening with us.

Please note that it takes approximately one hour to reach us from Málaga Airport by car. If your flight arrives too late for a 10:00 pm check-in, we kindly ask that you stay overnight in Málaga and join us the following morning, as we are unable to accommodate arrivals after 10:00 pm in order to maintain a quiet, restful environment for all our guests.

Check-out is from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Morning yoga and breakfast are included on your departure day. If your flight is early and you need to leave before yoga, we will prepare an early breakfast for you from 8:00 am.

If you would like to stay past 12:00 pm, a late check-out fee of €50 applies (or €80 for two guests sharing a room). This includes continued access to your room, facilities, and lunch on departure day.

No hidden fees. All retreat prices are clearly outlined in the description of each program. Our retreats are all-inclusive, with the exception of flights, airport transfers, and any optional or add-on services not included in your package.

We serve mostly vegetarian meals, including eggs, fresh cheese, yogurt, and occasional fish. We do not serve meat. We are happy to accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free diets at no extra charge. If your dietary requirements require us to prepare completely separate meals, a surcharge of €30 per day applies. Please contact us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Transfers to and from Málaga Airport are not included but can be arranged upon request with our local taxi company. You will pay directly to them their fee of 75 euro in cash or 80 euros via credit card for a pick up from Malaga Airport or Malaga city. Malaga taxi cabs usually charge 110 euros for this trip. It takes about 45 minutes to get to us from Malaga downtown and 1hour from Malaga airport.

We are also happy to assist with directions if you chose to come by car.

Absolutely. Many of our guests come solo and find the experience especially rewarding. We provide a warm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe, supported, and at ease—whether you're seeking solitude or meaningful connection with others.

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi in most areas of the retreat center. However, we encourage you to disconnect as much as possible to fully immerse yourself in the restorative experience.

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to make our policies as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth operation of our retreats.

Deposits and Payments
To confirm your retreat booking, a 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 75% of the total amount will be charged 10 days prior to your arrival.

Can I modify my reservation?
Yes, modifications are possible, subject to availability.

– If you request a change more than 30 days before arrival, modifications are free of charge.
– If you request a change between 8 and 29 days before arrival, we will do our best to accommodate your request; an administrative fee of €100 will apply.
– Unfortunately, modifications are not possible within 7 days of your scheduled arrival.

What is your cancellation policy?
– If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full.
– If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
– If you cancel less than 15 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my retreat instead of canceling?
Yes! If you prefer not to cancel, you’re welcome to reschedule your retreat for a future date, based on availability. There is no time limit for rescheduling, so you won’t lose your deposit as long as you inform us in advance. This is our way of supporting your wellness journey—even when life gets in the way.
