This retreat offers a steady, grounding daily rhythm of yoga, breathwork, guided relaxation, nature immersion, and a deeply calming daily massage—balanced with plenty of open time to reflect, be with yourself, and simply do nothing for a change. Whether you need rest, clarity, or stillness, this is space just for you.
8:30 AM – Morning Yoga + Guided Relaxation

15:00 PM – Massage or Free Time: olive grove & village walks, trails, poolside reading or sunbathing, swimming in the salt-water pool (warmer months),
meditation at multiple viewing points, exercise in the open-space gym with sweeping views of the mountains
17:00 PM (winter) – Infrared Sauna
18:00 PM – Evening Yoga Session: sound bath, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, or breathwork & meditation
19:30 PM – Dinner
20:30 PM – Optional Sunset Walk
22:00 PM – Lights Out — early rest for deep renewal
*Note: All of our retreats follow the same core daily schedule. Your massage will be scheduled either in the first or the second half of the day.
