The Menopause Wellness Retreat is specially designed to address the most common symptoms of menopause, including brain fog, lack of energy, mood swings, and osteoporosis. We provide a holistic approach to hormonal balance, emotional well-being, and vitality. With personalized 1:1 consultations, Ayurvedic treatments, daily wellness activities, and a carefully structured schedule, we will guide you through this time of change with compassion, clarity, and empowerment.

*Note: All of our retreats follow the same core daily schedule. Your massage will be scheduled either in the first or the second half of the day.
Ayurvedic and other well-being programs weave in a personalized focus on health: 1:1 consultations, pulse assessments, herbal medicines,
additional treatments, detoxification protocols, personalized guidance, and a plan to undo any imbalances and optimize health.
8:30 AM – Morning Yoga + Guided Relaxation
9:45 AM – Breakfast with hormone-balancing foods
11:00 AM – Relaxation Massage or Ayurvedic Treatment or Free Time
13:30 PM – Menopause-supportive lunch with plant-forward, anti-inflammatory ingredients
15:00 PM – Relaxation Massage or Ayurvedic Treatment or Free Time: recommended weight-bearing exercises, walking in nature, gentle movement, or journaling and reading
18:00 PM – Evening Yoga: sound bath, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, or breathwork/meditation
19:30 PM – Dinner focused on nourishing foods for hormonal balance and bone health
21:00 PM – Optional Sunset Walk (non-winter months)
20:00 PM – Early Rest for Rejuvenation
