This program combines ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern, sustainable approaches to weight management. Through personalized guidance, detoxifying treatments, and targeted movement and nutrition, we support your unique metabolism to help you release excess weight, reduce inflammation, and reconnect with your body.
– A private consultation to assess imbalances and weight-loss goals
– Daily detox treatments (e.g., lymphatic massage, Ayurvedic abdominal work etc. )
– Anti-inflammatory, plant-rich meals based on Ayurvedic body type and modern nutrition
– Herbal support for fat metabolism, digestion, and detox
– Yoga, breath-work, and mindful movement adapted to your needs
– Infrared sauna sessions (Oct–May) for deep detox and circulatory support

*Note: All of our retreats follow the same core daily schedule. Your massage will be scheduled either in the first or the second half of the day.
Ayurvedic and other well-being programs weave in a personalized focus on health: 1:1 consultations, pulse assessments, herbal medicines,

8:30 – Morning yoga or breath-work
9:45 – Nourishing breakfast
11:00 – Massage or detox treatment
13:30 – Light, anti-inflammatory lunch
14:30 – Rest or nature walk
16:00 – Infrared sauna or salt-water pool
18:00 – Evening yoga (breath-work, sound healing, gentle yoga)
19:30 – Light dinner to aid overnight detox
22:00 – Early rest in sync with your natural rhythm
