TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking & Payment

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
The remaining 75% balance is due 10 days prior to arrival. If the balance is not received on time, the booking may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and issuance of a confirmation invoice.

2. Prices & Taxes

All prices are listed in Euros (€) per person unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes (IVA). Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed rate.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.
15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
14 days or less before arrival: deposit is non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.

4. Modification Policy

One booking change is permitted up to 30 days before arrival free of charge, subject to availability.
Changes made 15–29 days before arrival incur a €100 administrative fee.
No changes are allowed within 7 days of arrival.
All modifications must be used within 6 months of the original booking date.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Harmony Home Wellness is not a medical facility and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatments.
Guests are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or medications prior to participation.
Participation in yoga, treatments, or physical activities is at your own risk.
Guests must consult with their doctor prior to attending if pregnant, recovering from surgery, or under medical treatment.
We are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions arising during or after your stay.

6. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

Trip cancellation
Medical emergencies
Personal liability
Lost luggage or theft

Harmony Home Wellness is not liable for losses incurred due to travel delays, cancellations, or personal incidents.

7. Personal Conduct & Property

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward others, the property, and the local environment.
Smoking, alcohol, and recreational drug use are not permitted on the premises.
Harmony Home Wellness reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if a guest’s behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe.
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to property or furnishings and may be charged accordingly.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Harmony Home Wellness is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Activities organized by us, including transport, are done at your own risk. We are not liable for the actions or negligence of third-party service providers. If liability is legally required, it is limited to the total value of the retreat package purchased.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by force majeure events including (but not limited to): natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, transport disruption, or government restrictions. In such cases, we may offer credit or rescheduling options at our discretion, but refunds are not guaranteed.

10. Use of Personal Information

By booking with us, you consent to the use of your personal data for booking and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required for your booking. You can request to review or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Harmony Home Wellness reserves the right to refuse any booking or terminate participation at any time at our sole discretion if we believe it compromises the safety, well-being, or harmony of other guests or staff.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Málaga courts.
